4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display the content as necessary to provide the service, including transmission to AI providers. You represent you have the rights to submit the content.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the App to post or transmit unlawful, abusive, harassing, or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to bypass usage limits or manipulate the service.
- Do not use the App to train competing AI services without explicit consent.
6. Third‑Party Services

All intellectual property in the App (UI, code, trademarks) belongs to GO AI Chat LLC or licensors. The App name and logo are trademarks; do not use them without permission.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AI‑generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any output before relying on it.
10. Limitation of Liability
WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $100 OR AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GO AI Chat LLC and its affiliates from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.
